Sale to be held at 100 North Calvert Street, Calvert Street entrance, Baltimore, MD 21202

Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust and Security Agreement (“Deed of Trust”) from Mark Friedman, as grantor, dated as of March 14, 2006 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, Maryland (“Land Records”) in Liber 07529 at Folio 084, to Bruce W. Henry, Trustee, and Lizabeth Lee Walther, Trustee, as Trustees for the benefit of Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., a New York corporation (“Original Lender”), as assigned by Original Lender to VFC Partners 26, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lien Holder”), pursuant to that certain Assignment of Deed of Trust and Security Agreement, dated as of June 6, 2013 and recorded among the Land Records in Liber 15395 at Folio 259 (such that Lien Holder is the current holder of all of Original Lender’s interest in the Deed of Trust), the undersigned SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEES, MICHAEL N. RUSSO, JR. and BRIAN T. GALLAGHER, having been appointed Substitute Trustees under the Deed of Trust, after the occurrence of a default under the terms thereof, by Lien Holder pursuant to that certain Deed of Removal of Trustees and Appointment of Substitute Trustees dated as of April 1, 2014 and recorded April 8, 2014 among the Land Records in Liber 16140 at Folio 163, will offer, at the request of the Lien Holder, the Property (as defined herein) for sale at public auction at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Clarence M. Mitchell Courthouse Door, 100 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD.

All that lot of ground and the improvements thereon SITUATED IN Baltimore City, Maryland and more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust and Security Agreement.

The property is believed to be improved by a commercial building. The property address is 208-210 E. Redwood Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Said property is in fee simple and is sold in “as is condition” and subject to all covenants, conditions, liens, restrictions, easement, rights-of-way as may affect same, if any, and with no warranty of any kind.
