The property which is the subject of this auction consists of all property comprising the trust estate under the Deed of Trust (collectively, “Property”), including, but not limited to:

(1) certain real property located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, all as more fully described in the Deed of Trust, and described in part, as follows:

Parcel G in the subdivision known as “Parcels F, G and Outlot A (Being a Resubdivision of Parcel D), Prince George Center” as per plat thereof recorded among the Land Records of Prince George’s County, Maryland on June 14, 2001 in Plat Book 192 at Plat No. 19.

Together with and subject to a variable width right of way for ingress and egress described as Parcel 4 in the instrument recorded in Liber 2726 at Folio 436, and described as the Second Easement in the instrument recorded in Liber 4432 at Folio 169.

Also together with and subject to a 20’ wide easement for the installation, use and maintenance of a waterline and related appurtenances as set forth in the Declaration of Easement and Agreement recorded September 17, 2001 in Liber 14995 at Folio 471.

(2) the improvements located thereon;

(3) Borrower’s leasehold estate, leasehold interests and rights in and to certain real property located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, all as more fully described in that certain Parking Space Lease – Metro IV, dated as of September 3, 2003, by and between UTC Parking I, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, as lessor, and Borrower, as lessee, and described in part as follows:

Parcel H in the subdivision known as “Parcel H, Being a Subdivision of Part of Parcel E and Outlot A, Prince George Center” as per plat thereof recorded among the Land Records of Prince George’s County, Maryland on March 11, 2003 in Plat Book 196 as Plat No. 29.

(4) all other property pertaining to the foregoing, including, but not limited to, all personal property conveyed by the Deed of Trust.
